A Resort Rooted in Balinese Craft and Spirit
Bumbark Park Villas
Spread across 45 are of tropical land, Bumbak Park Villa Resort is a collection of 12 private villas designed with deep respect for Balinese tradition, a resort that feels grounded, timeless, and true to place.

Bumbak Park Villa Resort was envisioned as more than just a development — it’s a homage to Balinese living. Each of the 12 villas follows a consistent architectural language, drawing from the island’s typical architectural language: steep wooden roofs crafted from Bangkirai and hand- laid wooden shingles, warm stone details, and rich natural textures throughout.

The clients behind Bumbak Park
are a small group of Indonesian
and international partners
with a deep appreciation for
traditional architecture and local
craftsmanship.
Their brief was clear: create a
resort that feels genuinely Balinese
- not styled or themed - and that
would stand the test of time in
both quality and spirit.
What client said?
“We wanted to build something that feels like it’s always been part of Bali. The Marzloff team understood that completely. They respected every detail of what makes Balinese architecture so special — and brought it to life with clarity and care. The result is something we’re truly proud of.”
Founding Partners, Bumbak Park Villas

Bumbak Park Villa Resort doesn’t
chase trends, instead it celebrates
what’s already here. The
craftsmanship is real. The timber is
solid. The layout echoes traditional
Balinese compounds.
It’s a project that proves you
don’t need to overdesign
when the foundations - cultural,
material, and architectural - are
already so strong.

"This project was never about imposing a new style — it was about listening to what Bali already offers. We worked closely with local builders, using materials they’ve known for generations. The result feels rooted, familiar, and lasting."
