Veligandu Maldives Resort Island

Villa Iris

A Japanese-inspired retreat, boasting minimalistic and natural, earthy colors. Blending the elegance and spaceefficiency of traditional Japanese architecture with the vibrant spirit of Balinese hospitality, this two-bedroom is a great addition to the variety aesthetics in Bumbak Park.

Villa Jasmine

A cozy holiday retreat in Bali, inspired by the iconic French actress Brigitte Bardot’s charm and style. The three-bedroom is situated in Bumbak Park, well-designed to accommodate the client’s fun and quirky nature.

Villa Ropana

Villa Ropana blends architectural heritage with discreet new interventions. We were asked to add two new bedrooms to the existing structure — a challenge that required both restraint and precision. The new volume sits lightly atop the original roofline, accessed by a custom-designed spiral staircase that became a sculptural centerpiece.

Xanadu

A stone throw away from Pererenan Beach, Villa Xanadu is the reimagining of an existing home — a thoughtful renovation that brings it into the now. Spread across 45 are of tropical land, Bumbak Park Villa Resort is a collection of 12 private villas designed with deep respect for Balinese tradition, a resort that feels grounded, timeless, and true to place.

JuSt Residence

Designed to be a holiday home in the village of Padonan, Bali, the residence boasts a spacious living area and highlights the unique pitched roof of Bali heritage design. JuSt Residence, exuding its tropical village charm, reiterates Marzloff’s specialty in crafting modern Balinese architecture.

The signature Marzloff design that is the architect’s own home is brought together in this 1 bedroom tropical residence, highlighting on Marzloff’s specialty in creating open living area and mixing sustainably sourced materials.
